Shipping + Handling

For tees, pillows, drink-ware, bags & hats:

Please allow 5-8 business days for your items to be made. These items are made to order.


For hair pins & combs:

Unless otherwise stated on the product's page, please allow 4-6 business days for your items to be packaged and processed.

Holiday Processing time: 

Please expect a slightly slowed processing time if ordering after Thanksgiving and through December.

Why have I only received half of my order?

This is due to some pieces being printed and shipped by our manufacturer and others are packaged and shipped in-house . You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping + Handling

What is your refund/return item policy?

Because our items are made to order and we do not have them on hand, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items unless you have received the wrong item or it is damaged.

In the case of damaged/incorrect items please email within 5 days with a photo included. The same product you ordered will be resent. No replacements based on sizing issues.  Please review our size charts here and check sizing recommendations before ordering.
